About Mary Rose Dias

Kia ora ☺︎ I’m Mary, a holistic therapist, meditation teacher, and practitioner in psychology-based approaches. I bring over 15 years of study and experience in yoga, psychology, meditation and wellbeing. I hold a Master’s-level qualification in coaching and positive psychology, have worked as a counsellor and in the education and training sector, and I am both an 800-hour Certificate IV yoga and meditation teacher and a Certified iRest® meditation teacher and yoga therapist. I live in Wellington, NZ, and see clients both in-person and online from across Aotearoa and around the world.

My style is an integration of the latest in evidence-based psychology research, ancient yogic wisdom, meditation tools and resources and a whole lot of unconditional love and respect for my clients and their unique and wonderful journey.

It is my heart-felt calling to support others to access health, healing and happiness. I currently live in my birth-place of New Zealand, however, my passion and dedication to wellness has taken me all over the world including Hawaii, Australia, Ireland, Czech Republic and the UK. I have trained with internationally recognised teachers such as John Ogilivie, Dr Tim Lomas, Itai Ivtzan, Dr Richard Miller and Stephanie Lopez. My primary offerings include one-on-one wellness coaching, private yoga and meditation tuition, courses, workshops and retreats.

I would love for us to get to know each other more, and would be delighted to work with you.
