Kia ora ♡ I’m Mary-Rose and I am a Psychology Practitioner, Wellness Coach, Yoga Therapist and Meditation Teacher based in Wellington, New Zealand and offering services locally and online to a global audience. I am hugely passionate about well-being and I have over ten years experience in this field. It is my heart-felt calling to support others to access health, healing and happiness. I have trained with internationally recognised teachers such as John Ogilivie, Dr Tim Lomas, Itai Ivtzan, Dr Richard Miller and Stephanie Lopez. My primary offerings include one-on-one wellness coaching, private yoga and meditation tuition, courses, workshops and retreats.
