For you to get the most out of our session together, there are a few things I encourage you to do before we meet…

  1. If you haven’t done so already, you will receive an invoice to cover the cost of our session together soon. Please make sure that your payment has been made before we meet. Instructions for payment via bank transfer, credit, paypal or cash will be included on your invoice. You can view details regarding my pricing here.

  2. The location of our session has been included in your booking confirmation. Please familiarise yourself with this location prior to our first meeting.

  3. Unless otherwise specified, our session together will be 60-minutes long. Please take the time to add our session to your calendar or diary. This is a time you can set aside just for you, and it is important that you prioritise this time.

  4. If you do need to cancel or reschedule our session together, please offer as much notice as possible. Please familiarise yourself with my cancellation policy and know that late cancellations fees may apply.

  5. I encourage you to bring along a notebook or some paper and a pen. You are welcome to jot down ideas and insights during our session as well as any practices you would like to integrate into the rest of your day/week/life.

  6. You are welcome in this session just as you are. You may find it helpful to take some time before we meet to think about what intentions and goals you would like to work towards as well as any obstacles that are present for you. If you feel stuck with this, simply asking yourself “what do I need?” or “what is on top for me?” can be helpful pre-reflection.

  7. Please note that in-person sessions will not be available for any client who has any symptoms of covid-19 or has any reason to believe they may have been exposed to covid-19. Please refer to my cancellation policy for more information.
