Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are scheduled in advance and reserved especially for you and your wellbeing. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy.
If you need to make any changes, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so this time can be offered to someone else.
A Flexible Option: Moving Your Session Online
If you’re unable to attend in person, you’re very welcome to move your session online at no additional cost. This can be done at any time, including on the day of your appointment, and is often the simplest way to keep your session without needing to reschedule. Many clients find this a helpful option when they’re feeling unwell, low on energy, or short on time.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment
48 hours or more notice
Changes can be made at no cost.Less than 48 hours’ notice
A fee of 50% of the session cost applies.After the session start time / non-attendance (no-show)
The full session fee (100%) applies.
Grace Reschedules
I understand that life can be unpredictable. You are welcome to 2 grace reschedules within a rolling 12-month period, which allow you to move an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice without incurring a fee.
Please note:
Grace reschedules apply to rescheduled appointments only (not cancellations).
They do not apply to missed sessions or changes made after the session start time.
Unused grace reschedules do not roll over.
How to Make Changes
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via the booking system (Calendly), which is the quickest and easiest way to update your appointment.
You’re also welcome to email me if needed - however, your appointment is only considered changed once it has been confirmed or updated in the system. Please ensure you receive confirmation of any changes.
