Meditation is one of the very best things that we can do for our health and well-being. Most of us want to live more mindfully and with more peace and joy and ease of being. However, with busy lives and various demands getting in the way, it can be hard to fully commit to our self-care. Having a meditation teacher who will support you, create space for you and introduce you to valuable tools and resources can make a really huge positive difference on your journey. I have many years experience supporting others on their meditation journey and am a highly qualified iRest Level 2 teacher. I would absolutely love to be your guide. I offer group classes and one-to-one sessions.

30-minute group meditation
$5 USD or $15 p/week
Let’s gather together and share this guided meditation designed to support you to cultivate calm and live with more peace, ease and joy. Our sessions will vary each day but will generally include some combination of mindfulness, guided imagery, breath-sensing, body scanning and intention setting. These sessions are suitable for all levels of experience. The sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes but there is always time to say hello and ask questions before and after if you feel called to. All sessions are online via zoom, so you can practice from the comfort of your own space - switching on your video is optional ♡
50-minute one-to-one meditation
$80 USD
Meditation is a powerful and truly transformative practice. While meditating solo is great, there is something very special about having the space held for you by another, and being gently guided by an expert. During these sessions we will take a journey together into your inner world and uncover the wisdom, messages and guidance that are lying just beneath the surface of your consciousness. The exercises I use during these sessions are grounded in Integrative Restoration (iRest) meditation technique, and will vary depending on your needs and circumstances.
