Why Choose to Work with Me?
You might be feeling anxious, stressed, stuck in negative thinking, or disconnected from yourself and your life. If so, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I specialise in supporting people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and challenges with communication and self-expression. I help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected, using positive psychology, mindfulness, meditation (including iRest®), gentle yoga practices, and communication tools inspired by non-violent communication. My approach is holistic, humanistic, and embodied, which means we work not just with your thoughts, but also with your body, your sensations, and your deeper sense of connection to yourself, others, and the world.
I specialise in supporting people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and inner struggle, as well as challenges around communication and self-expression. Using positive psychology, yoga, mindfulness, meditation (including iRest®), and communication practices inspired by non-violent communication, I help clients improve their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I welcome all of my clients with deep respect, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I see your life, your perspective, and your strengths as inherently valuable - even if you’re struggling to see that yourself. I believe in your extraordinary value and goodness, and I work with you to uncover and nurture it.
What This Looks Like in Practice:
I integrate yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices, including iRest®, into our sessions. Most practices are done comfortably sitting, and may include breathing exercises, body scanning, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques to help you feel grounded, calm, and connected.
I also incorporate gentle communication practices inspired by non-violent communication and mindfulness. These practices help you express yourself clearly, compassionately, and authentically, whether in relationships, at work, or with yourself.
I create a safe, inclusive, trauma-sensitive, and non-judgemental space. You are the expert in your own life, and I empower you to make positive choices while introducing tools, practices, ideas, and strategies that support you in creating a life you love living. Unless there is an immediate safety concern, I won’t tell you what to do - we work together to find what works best for you.

We Might Not Be a Good Fit If…
You are seeking a diagnosis or treatment for a mental or physical condition. In this case, your GP or a medical specialist may be a better starting point.
You are mainly looking for a space to talk without exploring practical tools or strategies yet. While I offer a supportive space, a counsellor may be more suitable at this stage.
Your main goal is to analyse past traumas in depth over many years. For this, a psychotherapist might be the better choice.
If you’ve read through this and my approach resonates, I would love to meet you. It’s completely okay if you’re unsure - that’s why I offer a free consultation, so you can get a feel for whether this is the right fit..
